Synpulse Group in Hong Kong is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to provide full HR coverage, including C&B, performance management, and employee relations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across North Asia and the Philippines, ensure local labor governance, and support office operations.

The role reports to Senior People & Culture Generalist (HK). A background of at least 2 years in HR within hi-tech or consulting MNCs, fluent English and Cantonese, and strong administrative skills

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of all rounded HR expertise in hi-tech/consulting MNCs.
• Experience with various C&B/HR systems/processes and labour law regulations.
• Able to interact with peers, stakeholders in North Asia and serviced center in Philippines.
• As a person you need to be passionate about people and motivated to secure good HR compliance.
• Resourceful and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Have ability to establish trustful relationship
• Good administrative, communication and documentation skills
• You are a good team player
• You are ambitious to learn and develop within Synpulse
• You are passionate about the Synpulse culture and values
• Relevant education in the Human Resource field
• Obtained start-up or fast-growing working environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office is required (SharePoint, One-drive)

This position is reporting to the Senior People & Culture Generalist (based in HK). As a People & Culture Generalist, you are expected to provide all rounded HR including C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and ensuring that the HR processes are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way. You will also be in contact with various stakeholders.

• Demonstrates the ability to effectively incorporate AI-enabled tools into consulting engagements, project management, business analysis, solution design, technology delivery, and business development activities to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and client value.
