Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior Head of HR Services to lead a team delivering payroll, benefits administration and HR compliance for a major banking client.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls and statutory obligations, oversee employee records and licenses, and drive service improvements while engaging stakeholders across departments. Fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in banking/financial institutions, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong employment laws, banking regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Strong leadership to drive performance and navigate organizational change.
• Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making under complex scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills across departments.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
