Job summary

CLPe is seeking a Senior Human Resources Associate to join its HR Branch in Hong Kong. The role covers the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, compensation, budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.

You will support HR Business Partners, provide data analytics for policies, assist in pay reviews and engagement programs, and collaborate with COE teams. Fluency in Chinese and English, plus MS Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant HRM experience; engineering industry is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and employment ordinances.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics and reports.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience with Oracle/HRIS is an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for lower positions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Branch as Senior Human Resources Associate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the employee lifecycle, handling administrative processes which include but not limit to on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation, manpower budgeting, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support HR Business Partners by advising line managers on various HR matters, also addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations
  • Provide HR data analytics and insights to aid in the development of HR policies and projects and assist in preparing compensation proposals.
  • Support annual exercises such as pay reviews, incentive and bonus, and performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle day-to-day operation task and work with different Centre of Excellence (COE) e.g. Compensation & Benefit, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Service team to achieve HR goals
  • Prepare HR reports, such as staffing trends, recruitment status, and performance metrics to support business needs
  • Execute various ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in HRM. Relevant experience in engineering related industry is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints in preparing HR data analytics and management reports
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, independent, innovative, and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Experience in using Oracle / HRIS would be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
