Job summary

Acclime Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR Generalist to provide frontline support on HR matters for our Hong Kong team. You will handle queries, support payroll and benefits, and participate in full-cycle recruitment as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and has at least 3 years of HR generalist experience. Strong communication, organization, and HRIS/Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related.
• Minimum of 3 years' solid HR generalist experience in a sizeable organisation.
• Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulatory practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, reliable and detail-minded.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR matters (e.g. policies, processes, and benefits), providing timely and professional support.
• Support C&B operations including but not limited to payroll & MPF administration, taxation, medical insurance schemes, and leave management.
• Execute the full cycle of recruitment & selection process including job ad posting, candidates searching, conducting interview and handling offer.
• Manage day-to-day HR operation, including onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Participate in annual HR processes including performance management and salary review.
• Support HRIS implementation and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Support company-wide projects such as ISO27001 audit.
• Provide administrative support on training.
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related discipline.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' solid HR generalist experience in sizeable organisation.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices.
