As a key member of the HR team, you will partner closely with managers and leadership teams to provide practical and commercially focused HR support across the region. The role will also provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters. You will support workplace investigations, policy interpretation, performance management discussions, disciplinary cases and other employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and local regulations.
In addition, you will play an active role in succession planning, talent management and employee development initiatives. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will support performance review processes, identify key talent, assist in development planning and contribute to programmes designed to strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement and retention.
You will lead recruitment activities for key hires, contribute to training and learning initiatives, prepare HR reporting and workforce analytics, and participate in regional projects relating to organisational change, talent development and workforce optimisation. The role requires close collaboration with both local and regional teams to ensure alignment of people practices while recognising local market requirements.
