Job summary

The Hospital Authority seeks a Senior Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day HR operations, assist in programmes and prepare management reports. You will provide HR guidance to staff and managers, helping to implement remuneration, benefits and recruitment initiatives across the island cluster.

You will report to the HR Manager and work at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, contributing to cluster-based HR services in a demanding public healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma with relevant HR exposure.
• Experience in remuneration, benefits or recruitment is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in human resources functions and day-to-day operations.
• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing programmes and projects.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports.
• Provide HR advice to staff members and line managers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
