Job summary

TAI HING WORLDWIDE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage full HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with local laws while aligning with company policy.

You will collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs, engage with NGO partners, and contribute to HR digitalization and internship programs. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field.
• 4+ years HR experience in a sizable company.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance, MPF and related regulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance with company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with section heads to summarize hiring needs.
• Maintain strong partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives.
• Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and recruitment channels.
• Support summer internship schemes and branding initiatives.
• Assist in HR digitalization enhancement & implementation.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
