Job summary

United Asia Finance Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Officer, Human Resources (C&B and HRIS Focus) to lead payroll and benefits, attendance management, and HRIS enhancements. The role supports PMS and salary review processes while coordinating CSR initiatives with NGOs.

The candidate should have a degree in HRM or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience in a sizable organization, with strong Excel and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with Payroll, Attendance Management and PMS.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS maintenance/upgrades.
• Excellent communication with internal staff and NGOs.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits Administration: run monthly payroll, manage insurance renewals and act as point of contact for providers.
• Workforce Management & HRIS: handle Time & Attendance, roster setting, data integrity, HRIS upgrades.
• Performance Management System: define yearly PMS cycle, monitor KPIs, coordinate Salary Review process.
• CSR: lead volunteer activities and coordinate with NGOs.
