Job-Hunter Employment Agency in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead C&B, reporting, and analytics for a multinational group.

You will oversee payroll and benefits, drive HRIS projects, and coordinate regional HR initiatives with English and Putonghua proficiency; immediate availability is a plus.

Competenze

• University graduate in HR Management or related discipline.
• 7-8 years HR experience in sizable companies.
• Experience in C&B, HR reporting and analytics.
• Experience in HRIS implementation and data consolidation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with English and Putonghua.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing C&B functions including staff movement, payroll and benefits administration.
• Consolidate and prepare HR statistic reports for compensation & benefits management.
• Participate in salary reviews, bonus programs and benefits reviews.
• Prepare periodical HR turnover analyses for strategy and planning.
• Provide support on HRIS implementation, HR workflow automation and regional projects.
• Collaborate with Asian offices on HR reporting functions.
• Assist in HR initiatives to maximize efficiency and continuous improvement.

A leading group of companies engaging in various businesses of trading and manufacturing, supply chain and FMCG business.

Requirements

University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines

7-8 years human resources experience, preferably in sizable companies

Previous experience in C&B functions, HR reporting and analytics is required

Experience in HRIS implementation, data consolidation and C&B projects coordination

Self-motivated, analytical, detail-minded, dynamics with strong interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Putonghua

Conversant with computer skills in using MS Office and advanced level of Excel

Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Consolidate and prepare HR statistic reports to facilitate compensation & benefits management

Participate in various HR projects including salary review, bonus program and benefits review

Prepare periodical report and turnover analysis report for HR strategies and planning

Provide support on HRIS implementation, HR workflow automation and regional HR projects

Collaborate with Asian offices on the execution of HR programs and reporting functions

Assist in the implementation of HR initiates to maximize efficiency for continuous improvement
