Job summary

Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is seeking an HR & Learning & Development professional to support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations at the waterfront property adjacent to the HK Convention Centre. You will provide guidance to associates and managers on HR policies and programs, and maintain employee records to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Provide guidance to associates and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Coordinate and administer training programs, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and training records management.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs to enhance the associate experience.
• Partner with department leaders to identify learning and development needs and support talent development initiatives.
• Monitor training completion and effectiveness, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Support employee engagement activities and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Assist with HR and organizational development projects as assigned.
• Manage a balanced portfolio of Human Resources and Learning & Development responsibilities.
