Job summary

ICBC (Asia) Limited, the flagship of ICBC’s overseas business, is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead compensation and benefits programs and performance management. The role covers salary benchmarking, policy development, and payroll administration within the Hong Kong banking sector.

The successful candidate will have at least five years in C&B or performance management, knowledge of Employment Ordinance, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University graduate required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and/or performance management.
• Experience in banking & finance industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of compensation and benefit practices.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related employment regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and review of compensation and benefits strategies.
• Manage full spectrum of staff performance management.
• Perform salary and benefits benchmarking for market competitiveness.
• Liaise with external service providers to implement benefits programs.
• Review and develop HR policies and procedures for statutory compliance.
• Perform payroll administration and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
