Job summary

ICBC (Asia) Limited, the Hong Kong flagship of ICBC, seeks an experienced HR Recruiter to join the People & Culture team. You will recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews, and shape recruitment channels and job advertisements to attract top talent.

Applicants should have at least 4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law, and excellent data analytics and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above with minimum 4 years HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation.
• Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent data analytical & report writing skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Working location: Central or Hung Hom.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews
• Determine appropriate recruitment channels, prepare job advertisements, contact recruitment agencies etc.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures
• Provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices
• Maintain communications with line managers and employees and deal with issues and concerns
• Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested
