Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is recruiting an experienced C&B Manager for a renowned international luxury department store retailer. You will design and oversee compensation and benefits programs, lead annual salary and bonus reviews, and collaborate with external consultants on market benchmarks.

The role requires strong numerical skills, HK Employment Ordinance knowledge, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. We offer a competitive remuneration package and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years working experience in compensation & benefits / HR projects work experience, exposure in retail is a plus.
• Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR regulations in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Design and review C&B programs to ensure overall competitiveness of reward packages.
• Formulate and review C&B policies and establish administration procedures.
• Lead and coordinate key HR annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus reviews, budgeting and other reward activities.
• Liaise with external organizations/consultants/service providers for market surveys and benchmarking.
• Provide advice and guidance on interpretation and application of reward/C&B packages.
• Design communication materials and information packs to explain C&B philosophies, packages and policies.
