Job summary

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai is seeking a Front Office/Reception professional to deliver excellent guest service in line with brand standards. You will greet VIP guests, respond to inquiries, and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism qualification with about 2 years in Front Office, strong communication skills, and a customer‑oriented, hospitable mindset. Applicants with less experience may be considered as Host.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Preferably 2 years of Front Office experience.
• Good communication skills and language proficiency.

• Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting all VIP guests, handling guest enquiries, and performing check-in/check-out procedures
• Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests' needs and providing prompt response to guests
