Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in Wan Chai is seeking passionate hospitality talents to join our dynamic team. You will deliver an excellent level of service at the lobby and Concierge counter in line with the hotel’s brand standards from pre-arrival to departure.

Greet guests, assist with plans and arrangements, and collaborate with all hotel teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey. Strong communication and a customer‑oriented, hospitable approach will help anticipate needs and respond promptly.

Summary

We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic team.

What you will do:

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter
• Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information
• Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
• Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with guests, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
