Job summary

Lan Kwai Fong Hotel in Central Hong Kong invites energetic, creative hospitality professionals to join our team. You will handle guest check-in and check-out while maintaining a high standard of service in a boutique hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has a Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality management, at least 3 years of relevant hotel experience, and solid front office knowledge. Opera PMS familiarity is a plus; fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and immediate availability

• Certificate / Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines

• Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills
