Job summary

Sheraton & Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung is seeking a seasoned Front Office professional to lead guest check-ins, reservations and daily reports. You will contribute to manpower planning, roster preparation and handling guest feedback to ensure a premium guest experience.

Requirements include a degree in Hospitality Management, fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and at least 5 years in Front Office operations within a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive and polite with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and conversational skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 5 years of experience in Front Office operation

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
• Manpower planning and roster preparation
• Process all reservations and Housekeeping requests and changes
• Handling of guest complaints
