WeLab Bank in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to own lending strategy and portfolio performance across WeLab Bank and Welend. You will drive product innovation, channel development, and robust risk management while aligning with regulatory expectations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver sustainable growth for a dynamic fintech franchise in Hong Kong. Strong English/Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years in consumer lending, retail or digital banking with senior leadership.
• Proven track record in driving growth, portfolio performance and P&L in lending.

Responsabilités

• Inspire market leadership and strategy for WeLab Bank and Welend loan businesses.
• Lead design, development and enhancement of lending products and channels.
• Own and drive P&L, financial targets and performance monitoring.
• Oversee Loan Product, Partnership, Operations, Channel Management and Collections.
• Ensure portfolio soundness, pricing strategy and risk controls within regulatory guidelines.
• Establish and enforce policies to stay compliant with HKMA and related rules.
