Job summary

Noah Glory seeks a Senior Manager to lead general insurance business development in Hong Kong. You will oversee policy management, maintain client and insurer relationships, and drive compliance while exploring new distribution channels. Strong leadership and Mandarin a plus are preferred.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, supporting product development, and coaching staff to ensure efficient operations and high service standards across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Insurance, Finance, Business or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
• Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance company, with familiarity in end-to-end general insurance operations.
• Proven experience in sales channel support, client relationship management, and handling complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end policy management (issuance, renewal, endorsement, termination).
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with insurance companies and lead negotiations on terms and premiums.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and contribute to compliance and risk frameworks.
• Offer rate and terms in accordance with insurer guidelines.
• Assist in pre-renewal activities and appropriate actions when necessary.
• Assist in product development providing feedback from clients and market players.
• Coach and train subordinates; explore other distribution channels.
• Collaborate with supporting teams to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
