Job summary

China Pacific Insurance Co., (H.K.) Limited seeks a Senior/Assistant Manager of International Broker Business Development to lead growth across international broker channels in Hong Kong. You will develop and manage broker relationships, quotations, policy issuance, endorsements and renewals.

Collaborating with underwriting, claims and operations, you will deliver high-quality service, support strategic initiatives, and pursue new business opportunities; bilingual English/Chinese communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of General Insurance experience with exposure to international broker channels or corporate business development.
• IIQE qualification is preferred.
• English and Chinese (Cantonese) proficiency; able to communicate business independently in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international broker business.
• Handle quotations, policy issuance, endorsements and renewals.
• Work closely with underwriting, claims and operations to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond to brokers’ enquiries and provide account servicing support.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic projects assigned by management.
