Noah Glory seeks a Senior Manager to lead general insurance business development in Hong Kong. You will oversee policy management, maintain client and insurer relationships, and drive compliance while exploring new distribution channels. Strong leadership and Mandarin a plus are preferred.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, supporting product development, and coaching staff to ensure efficient operations and high service standards across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Insurance, Finance, Business or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
• Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance company, with familiarity in end-to-end general insurance operations.
• Proven experience in sales channel support, client relationship management, and handling complex cases.

Oversee end-to-end policy management (issuance, renewal, endorsement, termination) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with insurance companies, leading negotiations on terms and premiums to secure optimal quotations

Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements, and participate in building compliance and risk management frameworks.

Offer rate and terms & conditions in accordance to the guidelines and authorities provided by insurer

Assist insurer in conducting the pre-renewal and take appropriate actions when necessary

Assist in product development in providing feedbacks from clients and other market player.

Coach and provide training to subordinates.

Explore and identify opportunities of other distribution channels

Work with other supporting teams in order to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

Perform projects and/or ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry

Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance company, with familiarity in end-to-end general insurance operations.

Proven experience in sales channel support, client relationship management, and handling complex cases.

Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and insurance management systems.

Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
