API Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales Support for HNW Insurance & Family Office clients. You will own the broker lifecycle across licensing, onboarding, renewals, and support across operations, compliance, finance and technology.

You should have 2–5 years in sales support or agency operations, be detail-oriented, fluent in English and Chinese, and comfortable with data and spreadsheets. HK market experience a plus.

• 2–5 years in sales support, agency operations, or policy administration (insurance preferred)
• Familiar with licensing, policy servicing, and commission workflows; HK market experience a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data and spreadsheets
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese a plus)

Responsabilités

• Manage broker licensing, onboarding, background checks, and CPD tracking
• Handle policy renewals, policy servicing, and broker daily inquiries
• Process commissions, fee reimbursements, and institutional channel payouts
• Maintain internal systems (ICRM, LifeBee, GAIP) and licensed personnel rosters
• Issue employment and income certificates; liaise with tech team on system needs
• Support brand events and logistics when needed

Be the operational backbone of a growing insurance brokerage team serving HNW family office clients. Own the full broker lifecycle and gain exposure across operations, compliance, finance, and technology.

Key responsibilities

Manage broker licensing, onboarding, background checks, and CPD tracking

Handle policy renewals, policy servicing, and broker daily inquiries

Process commissions, fee reimbursements, and institutional channel payouts

Maintain internal systems (ICRM, LifeBee, GAIP) and licensed personnel rosters

Issue employment and income certificates; liaise with tech team on system needs

Support brand events and logistics when needed

About you
