Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited clients include a well-established asset management firm in Hong Kong, delivering investment solutions across equities and fixed income. The successful candidate joins an operations team collaborating with custodians, fund administrators, and market vendors to ensure accurate NAVs, settlements, and statutory filings.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 4+ years in asset management, and strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of related experience in asset management or similar environments.
• Strong product knowledge in equity and fixed income products.
• Familiarity with SFC Type 9 licenses and related regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations functions: subscription, redemption, dividend distribution, trade settlement, fee payments, reconciliation, and NAV calculation.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, custodians, and vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end daily operations.
• Provide direction and solutions for operational issues to guarantee seamless workflow execution.
• Assist with KYC, AML, and CFT duties, including due diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Support new fund launches and onboarding procedures, and drive process improvements.
• Assist with annual fund audits and regulatory filings.
• Participate in system enhancements, workflow automation, and ad-hoc operational projects.
