Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of related experience in asset management or similar environments.
• Strong product knowledge in equity and fixed income products.
• Familiarity with SFC Type 9 licenses and related regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations functions: subscription, redemption, dividend distribution, trade settlement, fee payments, reconciliation, and NAV calculation.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, custodians, and vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end daily operations.
• Provide direction and solutions for operational issues to guarantee seamless workflow execution.
• Assist with KYC, AML, and CFT duties, including due diligence and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Support new fund launches and onboarding procedures, and drive process improvements.
• Assist with annual fund audits and regulatory filings.
• Participate in system enhancements, workflow automation, and ad-hoc operational projects.

• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience in asset management firms; candidates with greater experience will be considered for the Senior Associate position.
• Strong product knowledge in equity and fixed income instruments.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance matters relating to SFC Type 9 licenses in Hong Kong.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
