Job summary

Capital Access Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Fund Operations Manager to oversee the full fund operations lifecycle, including subscriptions, redemptions, NAV oversight and settlements. You will work with fund administrators, custodians and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in asset management or fund operations, and familiarity with HK regulatory requirements (SFC Type 4/9).

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of HK regulatory/compliance requirements for fund operations.
• Collaborative, self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fund operation activities including subscriptions, redemptions, distribution processing, trade settlement and NAV oversight.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Support KYC, AML and CFT reviews, due diligence and regulatory submissions.
• Assist with annual fund/product audits and adhoc projects.
