Qualifications

• No formal educational qualification is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in factory production management, food manufacturing, or related environment.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, supervising, and coordinating manufacturing operations.
• Ability to supervise production teams, allocate manpower, and manage daily factory activities.
• Practical understanding of production processes, machinery utilisation, workflow management, and preventive maintenance coordination.
• Familiarity with food production hygiene, quality standards, traceability, and applicable food safety procedures.
• Ability to control raw material usage, monitor production yield, and reduce wastage.
• Ability to identify production issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Effective coordination with production, procurement, warehouse, quality assurance, maintenance, and management teams.
• Ability to work according to factory production schedules and operational requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise, supervise, and control daily factory production activities in accordance with production schedules and business requirements.
• Develop production plans based on customer orders, demand forecasts, available manpower, raw materials, and equipment capacity.
• Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, deadlines, and output requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate production activities across food preparation, cooking, processing, packing, and finished goods handling.
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures to improve production consistency and efficiency.
• Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and process inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure production activities are carried out according to approved specifications and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; allocate quantities, manpower, equipment, and workstations.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely materials availability.
• Monitor production progress, adjust schedules for shortages or changes, and track planned vs actual output.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse to meet order fulfilment and delivery commitments.
• Determine manpower requirements and supervise supervisors, team leaders, operators, and packing personnel.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and quality standards; conduct performance reviews; promote teamwork and discipline.
• Monitor safety, identify hazards, and ensure PPE use and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare production reports and establish performance indicators; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
