Bachelor's degree required; documentary evidence of qualifications.
Minimum five years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing or related environment.
Strong understanding of procurement planning, supplier management, cost-control, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities according to production schedules and budgets.
Source raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and production supplies; prepare requisitions and POs.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA and finance to ensure timely material availability.
Identify and manage supplier relationships, obtain quotations, negotiate terms.
Monitor inventory, lead times, and order fulfillment; ensure FEFO/FIFO where applicable.
Ensure materials meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain supplier database, track performance, and address supplier issues.
