Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Experience in cooked or frozen food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP and QA systems.
• Experience managing production teams and large-scale food preparation.
• Understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
