Job summary

Domestic Maid Specialist in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced operations lead to oversee the full spectrum of cooked-food manufacturing, including prep, scheduling, packaging and distribution. You will plan and manage production workflow to ensure efficiency, cost control and timely delivery.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
• Experience in cooked or frozen food production.

• Understanding of cost control, production planning and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Plan and manage production workflow to ensure efficiency, cost control and timely delivery of finished products (e.g. frozen meals, ready-to-eat food products).

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product consistency and quality control.

Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable supply chain operations.

Supervise and lead production teams, including manpower planning, staff training and performance management.

Oversee inventory management to minimise wastage and optimise stock levels.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen operations, preferably in cooked or frozen food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality assurance systems.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and large-scale food preparation processes.
