Little bao in Hong Kong, renowned culinary brand, is hiring a Front-of-House / Hospitality Team Member for an intimate 18-seater venue. You will train hands-on in wine, bartending, and culinary arts, working closely with Asia's top chef in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. You will welcome guests, present the menu, and develop guest relations while maintaining a spotless, welcoming space with clear growth paths in hospitality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive, professional training in wine, bartending and culinary arts provided.
• Conversational English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in the intimate 18-seater space while managing a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Learn the menu details from top culinary leaders and guide guests through wine and food offerings.
• Undergo professional bartending training to craft beverages and maintain high drink presentation standards.
• Upsell, manage guest relationships, and handle day-to-day front-of-house operations in a boutique venue.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and a welcoming atmosphere reflecting the brand's reputation.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly alongside Asia's top chef, mastering the art of high-end hospitality, fine food, and world-class beverage service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. No prior experience is necessary—comprehensive, professional training in wine, bartending, and culinary arts is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in the intimate 18-seater space, ensuring every visitor feels valued while managing a fast-paced, high-volume crowd
• Learn the intricate details of the menu directly from top culinary leaders and guide guests through the extensive wine and food offerings
• Undergo professional bartending training to craft beverages, pour wines, and maintain high standards of drink presentation
• Learn the art of upselling, guest relationship management, and day-to-day front-of-house operations in a boutique venue setting
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects a decade-long reputation for excellence

• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality, with eagerness to absorb knowledge from industry veterans
