House of Culture Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time bartender to join our dynamic team at the Sai Ying Pun location. You will showcase bartending skills, deliver exceptional service, and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

As part of our hospitality team, you will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks, maintain a clean area, and support front-of-house duties while working evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Prioritize teamwork and professional communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain high service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and relay food and drink orders accurately.

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic team, House of Culture in the Sai Ying Pun . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service , showcase your bartending skills in our open bar area and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a full-time position, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our hospitality team.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving meals and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
• Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
