Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking a seasoned Property/Facilities Manager to oversee Property Services operations in Hong Kong. The role includes coordinating with project teams, consultants and contractors on renovation projects from inception to completion and supervising works during non-office hours.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree with 8+ years in property management, including 3+ years in a managerial role, and possesses a PM license and safety training certificates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with renovation projects is advantageous.
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) preferred.
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to work weekends/holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing the operations of Property Services.
• Coordinate with internal project team, consultants and contractors on renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise renovation and improvement works during non-office hours.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
