Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to manage dining operations at our hotel venue. You will supervise service standards, coach staff, and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 8 years F&B experience with 3 years in supervisory roles, solid knowledge of hygiene, and fluency in English and Chinese. A hospitality management certificate and WSET level is preferable; compensation includes

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years Food & Beverage experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory level.
• Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• WSET Level One or above is preferable.
• Strong professional presentation and decorum in all guest interactions.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop promotional activities to boost business.
• Estimate operating equipment and supplies consumption and manage purchases within budget.
• Ensure restaurant hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
• Oversee staff grooming standards to present a professional appearance.
• Manage daily operations, including adherence to standards, opening/closing, bill paying, shift briefings, and up-selling.
