Job summary

Lanson Place Causeway Bay is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead its dining operations in Hong Kong. You will oversee the signature all day dining restaurant, in-room dining, meeting room catering and high-end private dining experiences to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial targets.

You will manage complaints with courtesy, coordinate with Chefs and Beverage teams on quality control, and work with Marketing, Sales and Operations to boost revenue and guest engagement while

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong leadership, team-management and staff-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel''s signature all day dining restaurant, in-room dining, meeting room catering and high-end private dining to meet service and financial goals.
• Handle complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently; follow through to resolution.
• Coordinate with Chefs and Beverage team on daily operations and quality control.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations to enhance revenue, guest engagement and brand awareness.
• Drive growth and engagement of a local dining membership and guest community.
• Manage overall F&B costs with focus on food, beverage and labor cost optimization.
