Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled hospitality professional to lead our restaurant team, ensuring service runs with poise and precision and every table, sideboard and equipment is impeccably presented. You will greet guests by name, anticipate needs, share dietary requests with the right teams, and use menu and wine knowledge to upsell while coaching staff to maintain refined service.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of luxury F&B experience, strong knowledge of food

Qualifications

At least 3 years of F&B experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant (from the HTML).
Strong knowledge of food and wine, with attention to guest care (from the HTML).
Ability to remain composed under pressure and develop others (from the HTML).
Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus (from the HTML).

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant service to ensure seamless operation and impeccable presentation of tables, sideboards and equipment (from the HTML).

Use menu and wine knowledge to upsell and coach servers for consistent, refined service (from the HTML).
