Zusammenfassung

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for Clerk I/II (Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) in the School of Biomedical Sciences. The appointee will support a new taught Master programme, handling recruitment, admissions, curriculum management, student matters, examinations and events.

A one-year or two-year contract is available with potential renewal subject to performance and funding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in IT and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the taught Master programme including student recruitment and admissions, curriculum management and handling student matters.
• Manage examinations and event coordination; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
