Job summary

Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned operations professional to supervise a team delivering exams and managing pre-during-post processes. You will plan resources, handle irregularities, and arrange SEN accommodations while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role requires strong supervisory, budgeting, and contract-management skills, plus proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years in an admin/operational role or in education/public sector with at least 2 years supervisory.
• Experience in system UAT or examination operations and business administration; strong stakeholder and customer management.
• Knowledge of contract management, budgeting and complaint handling; customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to deliver examinations covering pre-during-post operations.
• Assist in planning resources for the team and resolve irregularities and complaints.
• Carry out special arrangements for SEN candidates.
• Identify improvement areas and propose changes to operations or procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on assessment operations to administer examinations and improve services within resources and guidelines.
