Job summary

Leadingnation, a founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group operating across Singapore and Hong Kong, seeks a Senior Event Manager. You will own end-to-end delivery of corporate events and B2B projects, manage vendors across production, AV, venues, catering, décor and entertainment, and drive budgets and profitability while leading on-site execution.

You will mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals with strong commercial insight in a fast-growing luxury market across Asia.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in event production, corporate events or luxury events.

Our client is an established, founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group with operations across Singapore and Hong Kong . They partner with leading global brands, financial institutions and private clients to deliver high-end events, experiences and bespoke projects.

With ambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expanding their senior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional client service and a strong understanding of the luxury market .

What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end delivery of corporate events and B2B client projects.
• Manage vendors across production, AV, venues, catering, décor and entertainment .
• Own project budgets, costs, timelines and profitability .
• Lead on-site delivery and ensure projects meet luxury standards.
• Support proposals and mentor junior team members.

What you bring:

• 5-7 years' experience in event production, corporate events or luxury events.
• Strong hands-on event delivery and vendor management experience.
• Experience managing event budgets of S$100k+ .
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
• Commercial understanding of budgets and profitability.
• Experience supporting new business/proposals and creative processes .

You're not right for the role if:

• Background is purely account management/commercial with no event delivery.
• No independent vendor management experience.
• Struggles under pressure or needs close supervision.
• Cannot manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Pattern of very short tenures.
