Job summary

Melior accounts director (events) role spanning Singapore and Hong Kong. You will own and grow a portfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNW clients, leading proposals and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in luxury brands or high-end events, a strong senior client network in HK/SG, and proven ability to grow and retain high-value accounts while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience in events, luxury brands or experiential agencies.
• Proven ability to grow and retain high-value accounts with senior clients.
• Strong network in HK or Singapore and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNW accounts.
• Lead proposals from briefing to delivery and ensure top execution.
• Mentor Managers and Senior Associates on client service and strategy.

Withambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expanding theirsenior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional clientservice and a strong understanding of the luxury market.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and grow aportfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNWI accounts.
• Act as the seniorclient relationship lead, from briefing and proposal through todelivery.
• Drive retention,account growth and new business.
• Lead proposals and workclosely with delivery teams to ensure excellent execution.
• Mentor and develop Managersand Senior Associates.

What you bring:

• 10-12years' experiencein events, marketing, luxury brands or experiential agencies.
• Strong experiencewith luxury brands, financial institutions, MNCs and/orUHNW clients.
• Existing senior clientnetwork in HK or Singapore.
• Proven ability togrow and retain high-value accounts.
• Strong commercialskills, including proposals, negotiation, budgets andprofitability.
• Experience leading corporateevents and mentoring teams.

You're not right for the role if:

• No meaningful luxury,financial or senior commercial experience.
• Cannot demonstrateindependent ownership of senior client relationships.
• No relevant network inHK/SG.
• Needs significant support todevelop/present proposals.
• Pattern of very short seniortenures.
