Job summary

Melior in Hong Kong seeks a senior client relationship lead to manage a portfolio of corporate, luxury and UHNW accounts across Asia, from brief to delivery. You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and growth.

The ideal candidate has 10-12 years in events or luxury branding, a network in HK or SG, and strong skills in proposals, negotiation and profitability. This is a leadership role mentoring Managers and Senior Associates.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years' experience in events, marketing, luxury brands or experiential agencies.
• Strong experience with luxury brands, financial institutions, MNCs and/or UHNW clients.
• Existing senior client network in HK or Singapore.
• Proven ability to grow and retain high-value accounts.
• Strong commercial skills, including proposals, negotiation, budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading corporate events and mentoring teams.

What you'll be doing:
