Job summary

Magic Search Limited is seeking a Senior/ Event Executive (Luxury Brand) on a contract basis to join its events team in Hong Kong. You will plan, organize and execute local luxury retail events and client activations, and collaborate closely with boutiques to deliver high-end experiences.

The role requires leadership, bilingual communication in Cantonese/Mandarin/English, and hands-on event management in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in business-related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of event management experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Creative, innovative and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute local events and activities (trunk shows, previews, all in-store events and client activations).
• Develop and define clear target client segments mapping with yearly event plan.
• Work with Asia's Retail Team to create yearly strategic event plan with budget planning and control for local markets.
• Monitor and evaluate customer loyalty in terms of event effectiveness and profitability and apply appropriate follow up actions.
• Work closely with boutiques to translate all key findings on follow up actions, and support BM to effectively execute and use events to engage with database clients.
• Work with Boutique Managers and CRM team on clientelling actions of each Boutique in order to strengthen the relationship with existing clients and drive new client during client activations.
• Partner with 3rd party including malls and VIP memberships to acquire potential clients for events Direct Marketing.
• Plan and organize all Overseas Elite Treatments.
• Organize seasonal collection gifting arrangements.
• Organize direct marketing campaigns and develop marketing collaterals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines


• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in event management ; relevant experience in luxury retail industry is preferable


• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English


• Good command of communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong leadership and coaching skills


• Proficient in computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
