Job summary

Melior in Hong Kong is seeking a senior events producer to own end-to-end delivery of corporate events and luxury client projects across Asia.

You will manage budgets, costs, timelines and profitability; lead on-site delivery to luxury standards; mentor junior team members; and support proposals and new business.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in event production or luxury events, strong vendor management, and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in event production, corporate events or luxury events.
• Strong hands-on event delivery and vendor management experience.
• Experience managing event budgets of S$100k+.
• Excellent project management with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial understanding of budgets and profitability.
• Experience supporting new business, proposals and creative processes.
