Melior in Hong Kong is seeking a Luxury Brand Manager to lead the brand and client experience in the HK market, reporting to senior leadership and working with UHNW clients and luxury brands. You will own the market P&L and drive commercial performance, while developing relationships and leading the local team and supplier network.

This role requires bilingual English and Cantonese/Mandarin. With ambitious Asia growth plans, the position offers exposure to a premium portfolio and cross-border

Competenze

• 10–12 years’ experience in luxury brand management, senior marketing or luxury retail.
• Ideal candidate from a global luxury brand.
• Proven experience leading a luxury retail/brand environment with P&L ownership.
• Strong understanding of UHNW client service.
• Existing luxury/gifting network in HK or SG.
• English + Cantonese/Mandarin essential for HK; Mandarin advantageous in SG.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead thebrand and client experience within the respective market.
• Own the market P&L,commercial performance and brand standards.
• Developrelationships with UHNW clients and luxury brands.
• Lead the local team andmanage supplier/partner relationships.
• Drive newbusiness across gifting, bespoke commissions, activationsand event florals.

What you bring:

• Pattern of very shorttenures.
