Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, project sales, and regional business development
• Strong consultative B2B sales approach
• Experience developing and managing channel or partner networks
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving ambitious growth targets

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across key Asian markets through strategic sales and business development initiatives
• Lead large-scale project sales opportunities and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure
• Build and strengthen relationships with MNCs, banks, merchants, and key industry stakeholders
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative and solution-oriented selling
• Expand and manage partner ecosystems, including system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
• Utilize LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market intelligence tools to generate and qualify leads
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic programs, go-to-market initiatives, and business expansion plans
