Job summary

Keysen Property Management Services Limited is seeking a capable Electrical Engineering professional to lead operation and maintenance of LV/ELV systems across properties. You will develop and execute operation and emergency plans, supervise the electrical team, and coordinate with external stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years hands-on LV/ELV experience, a Grade B+ Registered Electrical Worker license, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of LV/ELV systems.
• Minimum 5 years in operation/maintenance of LV/ELV electrical systems.
• Minimum 3 years in project management and supervision.
• Registered Electrical Worker license Grade B or above.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement operation and emergency response plans aligned with standards.
• Manage electrical team, provide technical training, oversee daily O&M tasks.
• Inspect, diagnose faults and propose energy-saving upgrades for LV/ELV facilities.
• Coordinate with external parties; review technical docs and monitor costs.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and government bodies; prepare tender docs and drawings for projects.

Job description

Formulate and implement operation, and emergency response plans in line with statutory electrical standards and best practices.

Manage the electrical team, provide technical training and oversee daily operation and maintenance tasks.

Inspect, diagnose faults and propose energy‑saving upgrades for key low‑voltage facilities.

Coordinate with external parties to handle complex issues; review technical documents and control costs.

Coordinate /liaise with all related stakeholders including clients, contractors, government bodies.

Prepare tender documents and drawing for project execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in the operation and maintenance of low‑voltage and extra low voltage electrical systems.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and work supervision

Possession of Grade B or above Registered Electrical Worker license.

Proficiency in low‑voltage equipment maintenance, with a strong familiarity with relevant statutory standards and regulations; knowledge of utility requirements and supply rules.

Proactive mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, team management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Willing and able to respond and handle emergencies including on‑call duties during non‑office hours
