Job summary

Sun Chung Property Management Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated facilities supervisor to coordinate maintenance works across properties, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor progress, manage contractors, and supervise frontline technical staff.

The role requires a degree in Building Services/Building Surveying/Electrical Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services/Building Surveying/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Holder of Grade B registered electrical worker certificate an advantage
• Able to work under pressure

Job description

Requirements

Degree holder or above in Building Services/ Building Surveying/ ElectricalEngineering discipline or equivalent

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience

Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive

Proficient in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel

Able to work under pressure

Fluent in spoken & written Englishand Chinese

Holder of Grade B registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage
