Job summary

Alliance Contracting Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to lead project execution and ensure on-site progress aligns with contract standards. You will liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and technical staff to coordinate activities and resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service, at least 5 years in building construction with 2 years in site supervision, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service discipline.
• At least 5 years' solid experience in Building Construction Industry.
• 2 years' experience as site supervisor and BS installations management.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service discipline;

At least 5 years' solid experience in Building Construction Industry, at least 2 years experiences in the capacity of site supervisor and management of BS installations;

Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD, etc.

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Valid safety supervisor certificate is preferable

Immediate availability is preferred
