Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a seasoned Electrical/EM project manager in Hong Kong to lead the full lifecycle of complex electrical projects, from technical design and tendering through site execution and handover.

The role requires 5+ years in E&M project management with UPS or power electronics experience, strong leadership, cost awareness, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in E&M project management, with a focus on UPS or Power Electronics.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from technical design and tendering to site execution and final handover
• Monitor project costs, manage sub-contractor procurement, and oversee the preparation of tenders and quotations
• Prepare and review technical submittals, O&M manuals, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and method statements
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met
• Conduct site inspections and factory acceptance tests (FAT) to ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and ensure site safety compliance

Job description

Requirements:

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure

• Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade B or above is preferred
