CITIC Securities International in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support to deliver dedicated end-user support on the trading floor. You will ensure desktop and market data applications run with high availability, performance, and security in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with front-office users, application and infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve complex issues, manage licenses, support Bloomberg/Refinitiv, and help onboard new market data tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5–8 years desktop support experience, preferably in financial services.
• Hands-on experience supporting Bloomberg and Refinitiv market data products.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedicated technical support for trade floor users.
• Support and troubleshoot Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data platforms.
• Manage market data licenses, renewals, and vendor relationships in Hong Kong.
• Participate in BCP testing and onboarding of new market data applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, peripherals, apps, and market data tools.
• Coordinate joiner setup, leaver deprovisioning, and user access requirements.
• Procure PCs, peripherals, and End User Services equipment.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Manage video conferencing and presentation support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Provide on-call support during critical trading hours.
• Identify and recommend technology improvements to enhance user experience.
