Join a leading international bank in Hong Kong as Senior Associate – IT Operations & Trade Floor Support. You will supervise and support the delivery of end-user technology, trade-floor support and day-to-day IT operations services, ensuring reliable, responsive and high-quality technology support for business and treasury users.

About the Role

This role is suited to an experienced IT operations professional with strong technical troubleshooting capability, hands-on endpoint and virtual-desktop experience, and familiarity with front-office trading technologies. You will work closely with regional and Head Office technology teams, project stakeholders and external vendors to maintain stable operations, strengthen technology controls and deliver system and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Head in supervising End User Computing, trade-floor support and routine IT operations, ensuring timely, effective and high-quality technical services for business users.
• Manage endpoint and virtual-desktop environments, including patch management, cyber-hygiene activities, system-management tools and controls across Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and VMware platforms.
• Perform day-to-day system operations, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting, resolving incidents efficiently and escalating complex issues where necessary.
• Provide supervisory-level support to Treasury and trade-floor users, covering Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, EBS, dealer boards and other Head Office trading or market-data systems.
• Maintain accurate IT hardware and software asset records, oversee inventory controls and support the management of IT equipment throughout its lifecycle.
